Since making the Crochet Face and A Bird That Is Angry tissue box cover, I decided to make another tissue box cover. This one fits over the rectangle tissue box.

Loop Stitch
I'm inserting my hook into the next stitch
I'm going around the top strand and catching the bottom strand
I've caught the bottom strand and now ready to pull through the first loop
I've pulled through the 1st loop
Wrap the yarn around the hook
Pull the yarn through both loops on the hook
Making the cover
First row of loop stitches
This is the back side of the loop stitches. I am about to do one row of sc stitches
This is what it looks like after a several rows
This is the section where I am making the box opening. *See round 18 of the Grass instructions*
I've joined my yarn to the other side
This is a photo of the back side of the loop stitch
Completed cover
The tombstone will go on the left side where there are no loop stitches
Tombstone
I traced the tombstone on a piece of cardboard
I cut the cardboard slightly smaller than the tombstone
The lettering did not come out as well as I had hoped...
I used this glue to fix the lettering
It looks much better. Once dried, I sewed the two pieces together with the cardboard in the middle.
I stitched the front side of the tombstone the the grass
I am about to stitch the back side
Flower stickers I had leftover from a project

Im going to do this but add a zombie :) thanks for the pattern!
